Comic books for sale on GetSlabbed.com can be listed for up to one year at a time, though shorter durations are available. This one year duration is essentially a means of making a book available for an extended period on a "best offer" or "buy it now" purchase basis. Periodically, though, GetSlabbed.com will hold Power Auctions in which specific books will be made available with no reserve price for a two-week auction period. Highest bid at the end of two weeks wins the comic book.

We have not yet announced the date for our first Power Auction, but we are presently seeking excellent books to include in the first such event. All books in Power Auctions are sold on a consignment basis, and advances are available. Sellers send the books to us and we prepare the listings. We must have the books on hand as all Power Auction books will be sold and must be immediately available for shipment to the buyers.
